IRC San Francisco provides comprehensive, accessible, affordable immigration services in a familiar setting. The majority of clients are assisted with completing and submitting immigration paperwork, including Adjustment of Status (Green card), Naturalization (Citizenship), Family Based Visa Petitions, Affidavits of Support, Employment Authorization and Refugee/Asylee Relative Petition.

The IRC/SF, including the Oakland office, is a Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA) accredited facility by the INS, and currently includes one accredited staff member.
