Cuban and Haitian Outreach Program : This program seeks to develop the Cuban and Haitian communities in the Phoenix area so that they can serve as a resource for incoming asylees from those countries.

Financial Training : Trains refugee clients to understand and be able to navigate in the financial systems of the US. Trainings are held on such topics as: taxes, establishing credit, buying homes and personal finance.
Immigration : Provide low cost/high quality immigration services for refugees including adjustment of status, travel documents, citizenship, and related applications.
Individual Development Accounts : Assists low income refugees in saving money towards the purchase of a home, automobile or small business. Parallel accounts are established to match the refugee’s savings.
Job Development & Placement : Assist the newly arrived refugee with job readiness training and job placement. May also assist refugees up to 5 years after arrival with employment upgrades.
Matching Grant : Provide additional financial and support assistance for families ready and willing to work immediately after arrival alleviating the need for public assistance.
MicroEnterprise Program : Provides clients with training, technical assistance and access to capitol to start, strengthen, and expand small businesses.
Reception and Placement : Receive and place newly arriving refugees and assist them to become economically self-sufficient as soon as possible after arrival.
Youth Program : Providing refugee youth with after-school tutoring, educational activities, and community engagement opportunities.
