IRC Charlottesville provides high quality, low-cost immigration assistance to all immigrants in the Charlottesville/Albemarle County area. The office is accredited by the Board of Immigration Appeals. This enables IRC Charlottesville to represent clients before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), monitor case progress, and respond to USCIS inquiries effectively.

Services are available to clients with limited English proficiency. All services are provided at nominal fees.
