Support the IRC’s Work in Boston

The IRC relies on contributions from individuals and organizations to help meet the critical needs of newly arrived refugees in Boston.

Financial Contributions

Make a gift to support our programs through our secure online donation form.

Or mail your gift to our office at:

International Rescue Committee
Resource Development
101 Tremont Street
Boston, MA 02108
(Checks should be made out to "IRC Boston.")

Company Matching Gifts

If your employer offers to match charitable contributions, please take a moment to get a matching gift form from your personnel office and follow the directions to initiate the match. Mail the form to the IRC with your donation, and we will notify you when your gift has been matched.

In-kind Services and Goods

Help ensure that new refugees have the essentials to rebuild their lives. Vouchers, gift certificates and discount coupons from corporate and individual donors allow refugees to purchase necessities during their first months in Boston.

Unfortunately, we no longer have the capacity to store and transport donations of clothing, furniture, and other household items.

Also, donating a car to IRC Boston is a simple, efficient and tax-deductible way to help refugees who must travel long distances for work.

Outreach and Advocacy

Educating yourself and others about the challenges faced by refugees in the U.S. and around the world is a powerful way to help the IRC protect refugees’ rights. If you would like to be invited to our events, or are interested in hosting an awareness event for your school or organization, our office will work with you to provide speakers and relevant information.
