The International Rescue Committee views education as one of its primary strategies for protecting children. Healing Classrooms is an innovative IRC program that challenges basic assumptions about the way we teach children in emergencies and in areas of war and conflict. Helping teachers to help children become all that they are capable of is one way the IRC is encouraging a better tomorrow.
