Video - Former President Clinton on Tsunami Relief

On November 9, the International Rescue Committee presented its Freedom Award to former Presidents George H.W. Bush and William J. Clinton for their extremely effective initiative to aid victims of the December 2004 tsunami and Hurricane Katrina. In his acceptance address, President Clinton spoke about the relief efforts, the work that still needs to be done, and opportunities for ordinary citizens to get involved.
