IRC Saddened by Killing of Staff Member in Congo

12 Dec 2008 - The International Rescue Committee is saddened by the tragic killing of Seguin Tshisekedi during the night of the 11th of December.  Mr. Tshisekedi diligently worked for the IRC since 2003 as a data entry assistant in our office in Bukavu, Democratic Republic of Congo.
 
The IRC is currently providing support to Mr Tshisekedi's family during this painful time and awaits further confirmation surrounding the circumstances of his death from the ongoing police investigation.
