Compensation and Benefits

Excellent health care and savings plans mean secure futures for our people.

In return for their talent and dedication, the IRC provides a very comprehensive benefit program to its employees and their families. While our employees do contribute to the cost of some portions of their IRC benefit package, they pay a smaller percentage of the actual premium for that coverage than employees at other NGOs.
